THE PROCESS
First, we talk.
Pretty simple, really.
I like to ask questions and listen. That first conversation (sometimes two) is just about getting to know you and what’s going on.
If it makes sense to go further, we’ll start with an Assessment, or a diagnostic, or an audit, or whatever you want to call it. The name doesn’t really matter much. It’s a long, honest conversation that leads to clear, practical recommendations. We figure out what’s working and what’s missing. We identify your goals and strengths and what makes you unique and what you actually need to do to get where you want to go. We’ll define the order, timing, and investment it’ll take to make progress.
After 15 years + of working with businesses, I’ve found starting here keeps you from wasting time, energy, or money on the wrong thing (like a rebrand or marketing push that doesn’t solve the real issue).
From there, we’ll work on what’s needed.
That could be:

A content or visibility plan
Strategic support around growth, outreach, or systems
